Dr. Dawn Williams earned her undergraduate degree at Texas A&M University at Prairie View, then went on to complete her optometric degree from the School of Optometry at Inter American University of Puerto Rico.  While completing her optometric degree, Dr. Williams served as class president and liaison for the American Optometric Student Association.  Currently, she treats patients at See Clearly Vision in the Tysons Corner and Rockville offices, where she has a special interest in pediatric cases. Concurrently, she is completing a residency at See Clearly as a cornea and specialty contact lens fellow. 

Recently, Dr. Williams co-authored the article “Treatment and Management of Allergic Conjunctivitis” for Advanced Ocular Care professional journal. 

Dr. Williams has committed her time to outreach efforts to ensure quality care to patients; she enjoys participating in community service events, including vision screenings.  Additionally, she has a good working knowledge of Spanish.
